Abstract In the background of the popularization of higher education, universities should continuously improve and innovate the employment guidance and service for university students, helping the graduate students under the direction of scientific concept of development to establish a correct concept of career choosing, clarify the directions of their future career and enhance the social addictiveness and competitive power, then promote a full employment for graduates, and ensure a stability of employment.
