Research on Evaluation of Resources Investment into Undergraduates Innovation Capability Based on ANP

摘要：

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, innovation plays an increasingly important role in promoting the progress of economy and society, and even ones strength in international competition. In this paper, we use SPSS 11.0 to construct the evaluation index system of resources investment into undergraduates innovation capability through cluster analysis. We solved the complex decision question with analysis network process (ANP) and super decision (SD) software, entrusted the weight to various evaluation indexes. We have also put forward the impetus measures for the enhancing the undergraduates innovation capability.
