A Study on Specialty Adjustments of Universities in Hebei Province Aiming at Prompting Employments
Employment problem of university graduates projects for financial crisis shock, its beneficial to embody reasonably high human capital value and sustainable development of social economy by solving this problem. This paper finds out the limitations of employment-oriented specialty adjustment of universities in Hebei province according to the basic employment channels for college graduates, and then proposes that how to optimize specialty provision based on the present situations of specialty adjustments, which will provide some references for solving the similar problems in the future.
