The Strategy Analysis of Local Universities to Move Forward the Grass-roots Oriented Employment for Graduates
By using the method of literature analysis, measurement and comparison, survey research, and combining theory with practice, those existed problems of graduates at local universities and colleges to start a career at grass-roots levels were presented. This research indicates that traditional concepts of employment, employment situation, and profession settings are main restraining factors to affect graduates at local universities and colleges to start a career at grass-roots levels. Based on detailed investigation and analysis of the employment situation at grass-roots level for those graduates at local universities and colleges, a new strategic system from the visual angle of local universities and colleges was established and expected to move forward graduates at local universities and colleges to start a career scientifically. Finally, we draw a conclusion that employment situation will be broadened and exploited by perfecting gradually the policy-support system and by allowing full play to the leading role of local universities and colleges.
