An Analysis on the Characteristics of Chinese Postgraduate Education Development in Human Resources Management
In this paper, according to the admissions information of the postgraduate and doctor students in 2007, we use of statistical methods to study human resources management in China to develop the characteristics of postgraduate education. The development of Chinese postgraduate education in Human Resources Management has reached a certain scale, which forms the postgraduate education system of Human Resources Management including the major oriented to cultivating students of Master degree and PhD. degree, and some other related majors. The postgraduate education of human resource management in China is characteristic of more general related directions with less professional majors, and is comprehensive, wide involving and is unbalanced in the development of various regions.
