Tourism Management College Students Perception on Influencing Employment Factors in China: A Cluster Analysis
Employment policies of college students have significance on their employment, and how to making reasonable policies should be consider one of important factors: college students perception. In this paper, factor analysis, cluster analysis and variance analysis methods and other quantitative analysis have been used to analyze tourism management college students perception on employment influencing factors. Firstly, we gained the 8 common factors after factor analysis, and then we can classified all the respondents into four clusters after cluster analysis, that is university and enterprise approver, abilities approver, external environment approver and neutral. At the same time, the paper also analyzed the influence the gender and academic qualification to college students employment perception. We hope that can provides some inspiration and theoretical guidance to the policy making.
