The Optimization Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in the Graduate Employment

摘要：

Based on problems arising from undergraduates getting employment, the paper analyses the importance of ideological and political education deductively and puts forth some specific strategies to optimize ideological and political education: students-oriented, enforcing education of employment psychology, social manners, ideal and belief, as well as honesty. The purpose is to establish a caring ethical education, and improve undergraduates employment via innovating the carrier of ideological and political education.
