The Survey and Research of Occupational Values of 2008 College and University Graduating Students in Shandong Province
This paper argues the occupational values and career chosen of 2008 graduating students. In this paper, as the research object, 377 graduates in 2008 of the eight universities in Shandong Province are investigated ac-cording the self-made questionnaire. Data analysis shows that the career values of contemporary college students present a 7 factor structure model. Meanwhile, this paper analyze the influence factors of the university students careers chosen. And based on this, we also observe the change of careers chosen standards and its reason.
