The Employment Situation of the College Graduates under the Financial Storm and the Research on the Promotion Measures
The financial storm triggered by the subprime crisis of America has brought about great negative impact on global economic growth and also made the employment situation of Chinese college graduates more severe. This thesis demonstrates the impact of the financial storm on the college graduates with lots of statistics and analyzes the psychological displacements and behavioral errors of the college graduates when facing the weak job market, based on which the strategies for colleges and colleges graduates to promote employment are put forward.
