Study on the Basic Problem of Human Resources Audit
The human resource audit is a developing part of management audit, and in China it is still a relatively new concept. The paper is about the concept of human resources audit, as well as the classification of it. Then, it discussed the 3 main areas of human resource audit and how to make reasonable arrangements for the proceedings of the human resources audit. At last, it gave the ideas about how to strengthen the research and training of human resources audit.
