The Application of Human Resource Accounting in Modern Enterprise Management

摘要：

Human resources accounting is an important new branch of accounting which aims to afford the variable information to enterprise and relative managers. The paper addressed the background human resources accounting, analyse the necessity for the enterprise to found it, discussed the problems in the application and over all above put forward the conclusion and solution.
