On the Human Capital Allocation and Optimization

摘要：

In the era of knowledge economy, human capital is the real driving force for economic development. Starting from the human capital theory, this paper aims to analyze the problems on the current imbalance in the stock of human capital, the imbalance of human capital structure, the unreasonable human capital flow and so on, then it suggests that through the integration of human capital stock and technology, the structure of the human capital stock should be adjusted to improve the flow of human capital elements to optimize the allocation of human capital.
