Fundamental Concepts about Enterprise Human Capital Investment

Enterprise Human Capital Investment (EHCI) has become one of the crucial or indispensable investment activities of enterprise. In order for the investment activities and its researches become more productive and efficient, the paper discuss the certain fundamental concepts as follow: how to form and measure the enterprise human assets, how to look on the labor cost of the enterprise, which yield is higher on human capital investment or physical capital investment, what about the EHCIs marginal return, what about the structure of EHCI.
