Research on the Cost Control of the Human Resources of Enterprises in the Economic Crisis
In the economic crisis, the cost control of the human resources has become the most important issue of Human Resources in the enterprise and the academia. This paper adopted countermeasures analysis method, put forward that enterprises must implement the strategic cost-control strategy of human resources, considered traditional sense of the human resources costs are labor costs and layoffs and pay cuts would bring about great harms and negative effects to organizations in the long time. Finally, give the conclusion that enterprises should carry out the strategic cost classified control of Human Resources.
