Comment on the Necessity of Human Resources Accounting

As Chinas rapid economic and technology development with each passing day, human resources in social development is also an increasingly important role. Human knowledge and skills can promote the sustainable development of the society and become the fundamental driving force. The emergence of human resources accounting is in favor of corporate manpower planning, for the development of human resources managers supply the necessary management decision-making basis for decision making.
