How to Control the Cost of Human Resources Effectively under Economic Crisis
Under economic crisis, it is an important aspect of human resources management to control the cost of human resources. The enterprise must strength to control the cost of human resources in order to meet the needs of human resources management. This paper puts forwards the content of the cost of human resources, constructs the new ways to control it under economic crisis, and at last draws the conclusion that if the enterprise wants to obtain the high profit, and develops stably and sustainably at a long time, to control the cost of human resources is imperative, that is, to carry on its fine management, to understand and grasp its composition at the maximum limit, and to carry on the strategic and classified control and so on.
