Human-Oriented - a Marrow of Management Thoughts
Different competitiveness of enterprise has determined the final and decisive junctures of enterprises, while the corporate culture can influence the enterprises competitiveness directly. The most central layer of enterprises competition is competition of the culture. Since our country has already joined WTO, how do our enterprises seek one seat in the fierce market competition? It is particularly important to build a human-oriented corporate culture. The human-oriented management thought is a marrow of the corporate culture and it advocates atmospheres of respecting people, caring people, believing in people, training staff and depending on staff. So it has great realistic meanings to ponder deeply and further investigate those concrete contents included in human-oriented management thoughts.
