Build New System of Company Performance Evaluation Based on Employees Psychological Expectancy - Case Study from Car World Centre Incorporation
This article employs case study methods and analyzes many drawbacks existing in the system of the performance evaluation of companies. It believes that many deficiencies, such as unreasonable setting on the evaluation objectives, unscientific evaluation index selection, not in place to establish the evaluators, too absolute in evaluation results, and so on, exists in the performance evaluation system in Chinas domestic companies as the Car World Center Incorporation. It puts forward employing the expectancy theory to set the evaluation goals and select of evaluation indicators and using of asymmetric information theory to establish the evaluators and eliminates the absolute of the evaluation results. At last, this article builds a new system of performance evaluation that it sets evaluation targets based on employees psychological expectancy, selects evaluation indicators based on the expectancy to the companys development, and chooses evaluators and eliminate the absolute of the evaluation results based on the theory of asymmetric information.
