the benefits of Human resource management is probably one of the most frequently issue that has been discussed among the economists entrepreneurs and executives. This essay basically focuses on its impact on improving the firm-level performance by its three functions, namely Human resource planning, Employee recruitment and Employee development. It begins by concluding the historical theoretical achievement of studying the relation between the Human resource management and the firm performance. In addition, the concept and features of Human resource, Human resource management and its three functions have been presented. Additionally, it puts the theory into practice and investigates the steps to design the human resource management strategy accordingly. Finally, it has made the conclusion about the discussion above.
