The Importance of Labor-Capital Relationship for Building up Harmonious Society

In the recent years, the labor-capital contradiction has become one of the most popular problems which people concern. The harmony and stability of the society are largely decided on whether the labor-capital relationship is harmonious. This article begins with the current situation of labor-capital in China, analyzes the main reason of labor-capital contradiction and the importance of labor-capital relationship for building up harmonious society, and finally proposes several solutions for managing labor-capital relationship.
