Job Satisfaction Measurement from University Librarians

摘要：

Through the survey of the Librarians, we analyze the degree of satisfaction of the librarians using the mathematics statistics. According to the survey, the degree of the satisfaction is general good. We should pay attention to the factors for examples the leader recognition and human relation that will play negative influence about the degree of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the wage and treatment is low but the dissatisfaction is almost appeal more than complain. The emotion of the librarians is positive.
