Analysis on Scientific Research Findings and Practical Implementation in Human Resource Management

We often find human resources management findings in scientific research still pause in the thought stratification plane, so it is unable to be carried out in practice of the true human resources management. At the same time, many workers in human resources management practice facing the abstruse numerous and diverse theory findings are also lazy or incapable to digest. This article introduces the present situation of the gap between the HRM research and its practice at first. The problem is becoming more and more serious. The author offers the follow solutions for the problem: the HRM researchers should focus on the HRM practice and strengthen pertinence, readability, effectiveness of their findings; the theory consciousness and theory training of HRM practitioners should be strengthened; the systems of academic governance should be reformed. At the same time, we should strengthen the communication between the researchers and the practitioners and find the better ways of research.
