The Relationship between Chinese Traditional Values and the Organizational Commitment
The relationship between Chinese traditional values and the organizational commitment is studied by applying self-made Chinese traditional values Questionnaire and the organizational commitment Questionnaire. As a whole, traditional values is significantly positive correlated with organizational commitment. Affective commitment is significantly positive correlated with Benevolence, Righteousness and Rite .Continuous commitment is significantly positive correlated with Benevolence and Wisdom, while normative commitment is significantly positive correlated with Benevolence, Rite, and Sincerity.
