Application of Quantitative Causality Analysis in Performance Management of Sales Staff

The performance management of sales staff is an important component of the human resources performance management. This paper puts forward quantitative analysis management thought about the factors that impact performance of sales staff; applies quantitative cause-effect analysis to construct a Cause-Effect Analysis Diagram about Importance degree -Possibility degree - Economic degrees. Through the analyzing the performance influence factors of sales staff, the paper helps sales staff to understand the reasons influencing performance, find of key impact factors accurately and get the approach to increasing performance.
