The Employee Silence of Organization Reconstruction and the Ideological Communication Countermeasures

The organizational reconstruction is filled with the struggle of the power, the rights and interests and is prone to generate kinds of opinions and expressions, but in practice, the phenomenon of employee silence is usually accompanied for us. The root cause of employee silence under organization reconstruction has not got rid of the omission to the subjectivity and the bondage of the thinking paradigm of the subject and object in binary fission. The ideological communication theory provides an important theoretical reference and viable path choice to overcome employee silence from the new context and unique view.
