The Correspondence of Organizational Change and HRM from the Perspective of Politics
Under the knowledge economy and globalization new environment, organization reconstruction has strong politics language environment. The original modes of HRM faces unprecedented challenges, the most serious tribulations of which are the power belonging management layer and the right belonging employee layer and the adjustment, distribution of interest relationship. The purpose of this paper is to offer a personal reflection on the correspondence of organizational change and HRM from the perspective of politics. Although this real correspondence has yet to be realized, knowledge can be captured by using this kind of research designs, a critical perspective, and creative concepts and approaches.
