A New Developed Causal Model for Describing Psychological Attribution When Employee Turnover
Employee turnover is a growing concern to enterprises against the rapid economic growth. To help enterprises better control employee turnover, the present paper aims to develop a model explaining the relationship between motives and employee turnover by drawing on contributing factors as reported in previous related literature, Chinese and non-Chinese. The paper will conclude with some concrete measures for enterprises reference.
