Study on Economic Contract and Psychological Contract in Human Resources Management
Economic contract and psychological contract are two kinds of contracts that exist widely in enterprise management, they are also emotional bond to connect the employees and the employer, they differ in expression form, movement form and implementation form. The economic contract and the psychological contract are closely linked with each other and interact with each other. Isolated research will destroy the harmony between economic contract and psychological contract. The two contracts complementarily meet employees diversified demand from different angles. Enterprises can achieve their goals at the same time they meet employees needs.
