The Employee Management in Modern Enterprise in View of Psychological Contract

Psychological contract is the psychological link between modem enterprises and their employees, which is a good way for employee management. If psychological contract is effectively achieved, employees will show higher satisfaction with work, intention to stay and organization trust. However, the violation of psychological contract will lead to low satisfaction with work, organization commitment and organization citizen behavior. This article discusses the role of psychological contract in employee management based on the analysis of the characteristics of employee psychological contract. It also makes several suggestions aiming at how to effectively prevent and control psychological contract violation for the enterprises. Employee psychological contract is an urgent problem to be solved for enterprises. The managers of enterprises should pay attention to research on employees, understand their requirements, prevent the misunderstandings of employee management and design scientific and appropriate combination of management strategies in order to get the best result of encouraging employees and bring their capacities into full play. In this way, the enterprise is able to maintain the winning advantages of sustainable development in the competition.
