Study of Young Knowledge-based Employees Motivation Strategy Based on Job Well-being

Young knowledge-based employees, as one of the core competitiveness of enterprise, become more and more important as market intensify competition. Therefore, we define the connotation of young knowledge-based employees job well-being, analyze the dimensions impact on young knowledge-based employees job well-being, and then based on the relationship between job performance and job well-being develop the motivation model which contain four aspects including physical and mental leisure assistance plan; career development plan; total compensation system; affective motivation for young knowledge-based employees to improve their job well-being so as to enhance the enterprise performance, achieve the sustainable development.
