Amendment based on the Value of Flamholtzs Human Resources Model
21st century will be dominated by knowledge based on economy era, as todays world the four resources (human resources, material resources, financial resources, information resources), one of the market of human resources is the subject of an independent enterprise in the fierce market competition remain unbeaten the key to the land. Survival and development of enterprises in terms of human resources should have the advantage, which requires its own human resources to carry out the development, utilization and effective management. The value of human resources management can not be avoided; first of all to be solved is the measurement of the value of human resources issues. In this paper, the existing method of measuring the value of human resources in the value of human resources Flamholtz preliminary econometric model introduced and discussed, and conducted a preliminary amendment.
