Constructing of Individual Psychological Contract for Young and Middle-aged Employees in Enterprises: A Comprehensive Survey in Yantai City
This paper has put forward the content and hypothetic ways to build of individual psychological contract and a conceptual model for young and middle-aged employees in enterprises. It set up the questionnaire to regard as empirical study of the 120-plus employees of 36 enterprises in Yantai city. It is verify the hypothesis and a conceptual model with data analysis of SPSS software. The conclusions will be very helpful for the management of young and middle-aged employees in Chinese enterprises.
