Dimension Structure of Construction Project Management Team Members Psychological Contract
The characteristics of the construction project management team members determine the specificity of their psychological contract. Based on the existing literatures, the project management team members psychological contract questionnaire is developed by the use of professionals and individual interviews and other means. Empirical study shows that the construction project management team members psychological contract has a threedimensional structure, namely the transactional psychological contract, relational psychological contract and management type psychological contract, and the content compositions of the various dimensions are more rational and more clearly defined than those of the existing literatures. It further enrichs the construction project human resources management theory.
