The Moderating Role of Behavior Style in the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Retaliatory Behavior

As we know, organizational justice is an important predicting index for the effective functioning of organizations. In this study, we performed two tests: 1. Test for the relationships between organizational justice and organizational retaliatory behavior (ORB); 2. Test for the moderating role of behavior style personality in the relationship between organizational justice and ORB. It was found that only interpersonal justice had negative affect on ORBI while procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice had negative affect on ORBO. And it was also found that behavior style neutralized the negative relationships between procedural justice and ORBO.
