Situation Analysis and Countermeasures Study on the Psychological Contract of Employees in SMEs

The thesis chooses representative SMEs(small and medium enterprises) in Shandong province to make questionnaires about the psychological contract of their employees; meanwhile, it utilizes software called SPSS to analyze the data collected through questionnaires. The analysis result indicates that the psychological contract of employees in small and medium enterprises is in average level; Employees responsibility to enterprises ,which is realized by themselves, is a little higher than enterprises obligation to employees; gender makes no differences to the psychological contract of these employees; on the contrary, age and work nature effect their psychological contract a lot; education degree and seniority have a remarkable influence on some aspects of the psychological contract. Finally, the thesis analyzes how to establish and protect the psychological contract of employees in small and medium enterprises.
