The Research of the Brain Drain in Domestic Science-and-technology Enterprises
Brain drain is an important factor that plagues the development of science and technology industry. Scientific and technical personnel make enormous demands on the level of the management of the corporate culture. When reality goes against their expectations, it is bound to arise the brain drain. According to the characteristics of these talents, science-and-technology enterprises should be clear about the employment and establish and improve remuneration system and incentive mechanism. Besides, they should pay particular attention to using corporate culture to create a harmonious and democratic micro-environment and try their best to reduce the loss of scientific and technical personnel to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
