Research on Key Employee Incentive based on Psychological Contract

Incentive mechanism is an important aspect of human resources, and it is the psychological process which could stimulate human behavior. In the management area, incentive means stimulating work motivation of employee. Key employee is the most excellent part of enterprise human resources, who owns good knowledge of professional skills, high level of self-control and ability to self-reflection. They are different with ordinary employee on the human resource position, individual pursuit. This paper introduces the concept of key employee and psychological contract and discusses the importance and detailed approaches to stimulate key employee based psychological contract.
