Anti-Discrimination Employment: Legislative Enlightenments from USA & Coping Strategies
Employment discrimination violates the principle of equality, infringes upon basic civil fight to life and distorts the optimal allocation of human resources. After analyzing todays various kinds of employment discrimination in our country and investigating the employment discrimination theoretically, the article puts forward the coping strategies on anti-discrimination employment in China by using the legislation experiences of U.S. anti-discrimination employment as a source of reference.
