A Research on the Motivation of Community Health Service Talent based on Dills Model of Comprehensive Motivation
This Paper first probes the meaning and essence of motivation, based on the analysis of the classic motivation theory, the paper introduces Dills model of comprehensive motivation, secondly,analyzes problems in the encouragement of community health service talent. According to the five factors given by the Dills model of comprehensive motivation, this paper wants to construct a comprehensive motivation mechanism to strengthen the motivation to our community health service talent so that they will improve their work efficiency.
