The Study of University Library Human Resources Allocation from the Perspective of the Scientific Concept of Development
As the rapid development of modem information and network technology, the business,basic function and service items of libraries have followed a significant change, university librariansroles should also be changing with. This paper has used the method of integrating theory with practice, put forward that library human resources should be optimized to achieve the best combination. It argues that problems as the waste of human resources appear in many university libraries, and also constructs the best university library human resources allocation and mobility. It comes to establishing a reasonable all staff post appointment system from the perspective of the scientific concept of development, replacing the original rigid personnel system with scientific management system to improve the efficiency of university library human resources allocation and accelerating the pace of scientific development of university library
