Study of Human Resources Competence Evaluation Model Based on AHP

Based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis method, this paper puts forward layered considering the factors which influence enterprise HR competence quality. Through subdividing those factors, the weight of the various factors are determined, then are used to reflect the competence more effectively. This paper constructs enterprise HR competence evaluation model, taking the evaluating process of Jinan RH group for example, using Matlab tools and AHP method to compare and contrast competence with their own actual position of each sales personnel, arrivals at a conclusion which is consistent matching, thus proves the feasibility of this model.
