External Resource, Job Characteristics, Competitive Strategy and the Formation of Human Resource Management System

The study supposes the relations between external resource, firm characteristics, competitive strategy and the formation of human resource management system by Twostep Cluster Analysis, Discri ruination analysis method and Independent-samples T Test. Then the study tests the hypotheses with th e sample of 133 companies and finds out that external resource, company scale have significant influen ce on the formation of human resource management system. At last, the paper proposes the limitations and future study based on the discussion of research conclusions.
