Design and Implementation Strategy of Employee Health Management Model

In recent years, non-normal deaths of employees occur from time to time, which leads to high attention of the community to the problem of employee health. Employees are valuable assets to enterprises. The health status of employees has a direct impact on the creativity and competitiveness of enterprises, so enterprises must pay enough attention to the implementation of employee health management. In this paper, at first, we make an analysis on the research of employee health management at home and abroad. Then we put forward the necessity and feasibility of the model of employee health management. On this basis, we introduce the steps involved in the model of employee health management in detail. Finally there are a series of suggestions to the implementation of the model in practice.
