Analysis of 3A Performance Appraisal Management in HRM
Performance evaluation is the foundation of performance management, which plays an important role in HR system. According to research results of modem performance management and the realistic states of domestic enterprises, I design a new evaluation scheme, which is based on 3A that are the staffs achievement (Achievement), ability (Ability) and attitude (Attitude). This scheme mainly regards the staffs overall quality as the target of evaluation, utilizes the omni-directional method to evaluate, and it is one that is more comprehensive, with higher feasibility.
