The Special Human Capital Incentive Pay Research base on the Game
This paper analyzes the general-specific human capital and long-term incentive issue in virtue of the infinitely repeated game, finally a Nash Balance comes out. Meanwhile, we introduce the profession variable and the preceding a fiscal year variable on the base of drives the contract as to further expand to the model and give the salary design mentality. For observing the level of effort, the two variables both are used to weigh the relative extent of the effort. Namely, one that is not quantification is gave relative quantity. Therefore, this relative quantitative method provides the solution that the special human capital brings all positive factors into play and limits their insufficiency.
