The Effects of Organizational Learning Goal on the Effectiveness of Organizational Learning
After defining the connotations of organizational learning goal and effectiveness of organizational learning, this paper analyzes comprehensively the effects of organizational learning goal on the effectiveness of organizational learning, mainly using the qualitative research and literature study method. Organizational learning goal refers to the concrete plan that organization learning try to attain outcomes in a future period. It is not only a standard for evaluating the effectiveness of organizational learning, but also influences organizational learning performance by influencing organizational members learning motivation, role perception and strategies.
