The Gambling Analysis in Credit Mechanism of SMEs Research Joint Ventures

摘要：

Based on the game theory, the paper analyses the credit mechanism and strategy choice of SMEs research joint ventures, including the following states: no restriction and social cost restriction. At last some related regulation measures are proposed to protect credit transactions of SMEs research joint ventures.
