Human Resource Management Mechanisms Innovation for SMEs under Financial Crisis

On the basis of analyzing and discussing the concept and meaning of management mechanism, this article puts forward four models of human resource management mechanisms combining current situation analysis for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). There are selective mechanism, cultivating mechanism, incentive mechanism and restrictive mechanism. These four mechanisms work in coordination with each other. They combine and activate human resource from different perspective and thus enhance the effectiveness of human resource management. These four mechanisms have practical meaning for most SMEs to construct the models of talents management mechanisms.
