Strategic Turnover Management of Core Human Resources in Enterprises
Based on classical and modern management theories, this paper analyses the causes of the turnover in management of the core human recourses in detail. By dealing with the issues on an institutionalized, standardized and legalized basis, the paper analyses the turnover strategically .It proposes the strategic management including the management of turnover be turned into turnover precaution and so on.
