Human-Based Risk Management Methods in Underground Engineering
The human-based accident risk of underground engineering is prominent in china. This paper suggests how to control human-based risk from three aspects, namely, safety cognition, behavior, and physiology: 1) With behavior observation analysis system, MP150 personal physiological parameter recording analysis system, a combination of laboratory test and behavior data collection in underground engineering, the characteristics of the typical unsafe behavior in underground engineering and the relationship between the main physiological parameters and behavior have been studied. 2) The measuring and analysis system of safety cognition key elements is used to monitor and study the 32 major safety cognitive factors of the underground personnel and reveals the relationship between unsafe acts and safety cognition.3) Using LISREL structural equation model analysis software, software ACK and other instruments, the author reveals the interaction relationship, regular rules of the safety cognition and behavior of the underground engineering workers. The research framework, equipments and methods etc, represented in this paper, will help the effective management of human-based risk in underground engineering.
